Order Review Before Payment
For eligible custom orders, we may send you a demo design (mockup) together with your PayPal invoice.
Please review the design carefully before making payment.
- If you are satisfied, you may complete payment to proceed with your order.
- If you would like changes, you may request revisions before payment is made.
Production will begin only after payment has been successfully received.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before payment is completed.
If payment has already been made but production has not started, cancellation requests may be reviewed and may qualify for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With tags if applicable
- Supported by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Approved mockup/design orders already produced
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items
- Used or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Examples include:
- Broken mug
- Wrong size or color sent
- Printing defect
- Missing item from package
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Refund without requiring return
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional time for your bank, PayPal, Wise, or card provider to complete processing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:
- Recheck your bank or payment account
- Contact your card provider or payment processor
- Allow several business days for processing

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may cover return shipping costs or issue a refund without requiring return.
Orders Not Eligible for Refund

- Minor color differences caused by screen display
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
- Delivery delays caused by carriers
- Requests outside the stated return period
- Approved custom designs already produced
