Refund Policy

This is the Refund Policy for teeartonline.com. Please read it carefully.

CONDITION

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@teeartonline.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you don't keep s receipt, please give us some necessary information: Your Order ID, Your Email using during checkout.
  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We do not accept the reason "I don't like it".

For example:

  • A broken mugs.
  • You ordered a red t-shirt but received a blue one.

In special case, you do not need to return your item but we still refund for you.

REFUND

We will notify you once we’ve evaluated and inspected your case. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds case

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
