This is the Return Policy for teeartonline.com. Please read it carefully.

CONDITION

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@teeartonline.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you don't keep s receipt, please give us some necessary information: Your Order ID, Your Email using during checkout.
  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We do not accept the reason "I don't like it".

For example:

  • A broken mugs.
  • You ordered a red t-shirt but received a blue one.

In special case, you do not need to return your item but we still refund for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Customized products
  • Free items, gift cards

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Free items cannot be refunded. Sale items can be refunded with sale price. We will refund your money the same as your receipt.

EXCHANGES or REFUND

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you still need the same as items you ordered, we will delivery the same items to you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for returned items must be paid by the customer. However, You may be eligible for a refund without having to return the item, as long as you can provide evidence that you have received it and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
