Shipping Policy
Where can we ship your order?
We offer international shipping. At this time, we do not ship to Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, North Korea and the Crimean Region of the Ukraine.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TEE ART ONLINE LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When we start to ship your order
After your order is processed, usually 1 to 3 business days including confirmation time, fullfilment time and check anti-fraud, your order will be shipped to you. You can cancel your order within 24 hours, provided that the order is in the "Processing" status.
It takes 2 days for tracking code to be active. Please be patient.
Shipping Fee for our products
Orders to US military zones (AE, AO, AA, AP), unincorporated territories (PR, VI, GU, MP, AS) will use Royal Mail services and follow round of the world shipping rate (ROW).

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@teeartonline.com with your email and order number, and we will look into it for you.
